The assessment will contribute to Garment Workers Empowerment and a more Transparent and Accountable Garment Sector in Myanmar through 1) identifying limitations in the organizational structure and personnel qualifications in view of realizing the organization mission and achieving its goals 2) providing recommendations on how these limitations shall be addressed through capacity building activities provided by the verified training institutions.
