Description:

The objective of the participatory workshop was:
– To share the results of the needs assessment with the thirteen interviewed organisations
– To provide a meaningful analysis and interpretation of the assessment results
– To prioritise the areas of capacity that need most attention according to the organisations’ objectives, internal structure and external environment
– To explore and discuss root causes of the constraints in certain capacity areas that hamper the effectiveness and efficiency of the strategy implementation – To formulate means and tools to build capacity of the concerned organisations and to explore and identify internal and external resources that can be used for capacity building;
