Description:

The purpose of the evaluation is to conduct an evidence-based and independent review of the Private Sector Development Activity (PSDA)’s performance from July, 2015, to the present. It aims to examine the effectiveness of the Activity to date; to determine whether the activity has achieved planned results; and to identify what approaches are effective or not (and why). USAID plans to use the results of the evaluation to make modifications and mid-term course corrections as necessary. The result will also inform any follow-on activities.
