Description:

The investment project will have three outputs: (i) Livestock health and value chain infrastructure expanded and upgraded in a climate-friendly manner (ii) Capacity for improved production and health of livestock and livestock products strengthened and (iii) Enabling policies for better supply, health, safety and trade in livestock and livestock products enhanced.

The TA consultants were contracted to: (i) conduct feasibility studies for representative infrastructure subprojects; (ii) undertake due diligence (i.e., technical, economic, financial, environmental, and social) to meet ADB policies and requirements; and (iii) prepare a draft Report & Recommendation of the President (RRP) along with linked and supplementary documents.
