Description:
Development (MLFRD) and the Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department (LBVD) in the design and implementation of the IFAD grant ‘Developing Scalable Smallholder Livestock Models in Myanmar’. The TA services include the following:

Develop the Project Implementation Manual (PIM), including the Financial Management manual and manual for Procurement Procedures (OMPP) as set out in the Annual Work Plans and budget (AWPBs)

Work with the PIC and PIU in designing and implementing the project activities, at the national, regional, township and village levels in the design and implementation of project activities;

Provide support and advice to project coordinator and LBVD project staffs in implementing the project activities at the national, regional and township levels;

Develop Training manual for livestock holders: breeding, food safety, and entrepreneurial skills

Liaise with local government at the national, regional and township levels as needed;

Prepare the periodic progress reports for the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and IFAD

Overseeing baseline and endline reports
