Description:

Under the World Institute of Action Learning Gives Back Programme, a 7-session programme for the CARE International Myanmar was implemented. The programme aimed at coaching the team of eight members to understand the current challenges and build breakthrough solutions in view of achieving sustainable operations of the Training Center. The programme foster peer-to-peer learning, team building, as well as leadership skills, problem solving and strategy building. The programme concluded in identifying the key challenges and development of the action plan with the roles assigned for all team members engaged from different departments, including training, marketing, outreach and admin and finance.
